Mainly your salary certificate, statements and attestations (pillar 3a, interest, securities…). The assistant tells you exactly what’s missing.

Question 6

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Once your documents are provided, an expert takes over your file and keeps you informed of deadlines from your space.

Question 7

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as processing of your file hasn't started yet (visible in your personal space), you can cancel and choose between a full refund or a credit valid for the following year. Once processing has started, the service is no longer refundable, but a credit may still be offered on a case-by-case basis.
